Service

MortisOS provides a hosted operations platform for funeral homes, including case management, family portal, scheduling, document and signature workflows, compliance gating, financial workflow, and owner reporting.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for entering accurate case information, managing user accounts and roles for their staff, configuring location and compliance settings appropriately, and adhering to all applicable funeral, cremation, and consumer-protection regulations in their jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used to store information outside the scope of funeral operations, to circumvent compliance gates, or to misrepresent family consent. MortisOS may suspend access for misuse that endangers decedent dignity, family welfare, or regulatory compliance.

Availability

MortisOS targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.
